Card Gift Box

This box is made for a selection of cards. If you want to put a set of all occassion cards of 6 with envelopes in this box as a gift you can. I used a pink piece of 8x12 piece of cardstock. On the 12" side I scored the paper at 5 1/2" and 6 1/2". Score all sides at 1". Fold on all score lines. On the 12 " sides cut slits up to the score lines. attach corners with the adhesive or your ATG gun but be sure to put the tape on the spots closest to the xorner, close up box and make sure the sticky tape is on the top end of the box. I made a belly band out of a 12x1 1/2 strip and wrapped it around the box. Attach at the ends. I also wrapped gingham ribbon around the belly band and adhered. Decorate how you wish. Hope that you enjpy this easy project. Be sure to use A2 cards to fit in the box.
